  • Needs
  • The customer needed to change the historical IT service provider and accelerate its digital transformation process due to the COVID-19 pandemic, innovating its email and backup systems and making its infrastructure suitable for remote working.

  • Solution
  • First of all, we managed the migration of users and mailboxes from Aruba legacy system to Google Workspace office automation suite, taking care of the as-is analysis, the to-be design, set-up and customization of the platform.

    Furthermore, in order to maximize the employees’ operational continuity and allow them to make the most of the new technology introduced, we have provided user training sessions on the use of the platform’s functionalities.

    We also took care of the migration from local backup to a new generation managed system, with both Machine-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud services, ensuring GDPR compliance with storage space located in European data centers.

    Finally, in order to proactively maintain and monitor infrastructure devices and endpoints, we have implemented a Remote Management Monitoring system.
