What we don't do


  • We do not put our hands and heads on what we do not know or is not documented. This way we protect you and us.
  • We do not do break-fixes: that is, the “emergency on-call” approach to maintenance, when the supplier only activates in the event of a breakdown or a problem being reported. This approach is not really compatible with our philosophy and our efficiency model: we prefer the prevention clinic to emergency room treatment.
  • We do not provide you with a permanent technician’s presence at your premises: we find this solution extremely uneconomical for us and for you.
    We have the tools to communicate with you at all times and to monitor the status of your machines.
    So, when we come to your office, we will do so to solve problems that really need on-site intervention or to define how to technologically implement your latest idea.
