New player in the Milan market with an ambitious growth plan: private offices, coworking stations, spaces for events and corporate meetings in multiple strategic locations.
At the time of Techlane’s engagement, the customer was defining the business plan to launch a new network of workspaces on the market.
The customer was looking for an IT consulting company to design a network infrastructure suitable for accommodating multiple companies in a shared space.
Furthermore, the statement of work included:
-the remotization of the reception;
-a video conferencing system;
-a video surveillance system;
-a digital signage system to give visibility to the calendar of events and the companies present in the customer’s facilities.
Based on the project requirements, Techlane designed and implemented both the Wi-Fi and wired networks, ensuring coverage even in high-density situations.
The networks of the resident companies were segmented and isolated.
In addition, a captive portal authentication system was implemented for the guest network to monitor flows.
The reception was remotized using a VoIP video intercom, allowing guests to be welcomed without the need for physical presence.
The meeting rooms were equipped with a plug-and-play video conferencing and presentation system: wireless and compatible with the main video telephony platforms (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), it does not require any installation. The training room, on the other hand, was equipped with an interactive multimedia whiteboard.
All locations were equipped with an intelligent video surveillance system. The AI module is able to recognize suspicious events (such as break-in noises outside working hours) and trigger alerts to the manager.
Finally, regarding the digital signage system, a multi-location solution was implemented, with remote centralization of content collection and distribution.
